PRODUCER AT SCOTTISH THEATRE PRODUCER

Scottish Theatre Producers is the trading name for the work of Producer Sarah Gray. Sarah has worked as a Producer in varying capacities since 2005. Having worked within large organisations such as the National Theatre of Scotland and Macrobert Arts Centre, as well as the producer for small companies such as Wee Stories, Sarah has a wealth of experience producing theatre of all scales and budget. 

Creative Scotland’s Producer’s Project (2014-16) offered Sarah the opportunity to establish a freelance career with a portfolio of artists, mentor an emerging Producer and begin focusing on international touring. Scottish Theatre Producers was established as a banner under which multiple artists could sit, still with their distinct company identities, whilst also acting as a vehicle for Sarah to instigate new productions and co-productions. 

Scottish Theatre Producers currently produces the work of The Polar Bears and Ailie Cohen Puppet Maker; handles all tour logistics for Frozen Charlotte’s tours of Paperbelle in China and recently for Vox Motus’ international tours of Flight to Abu Dhabi and Arizona. Upcoming projects include Jordan & Skinner’s Time Machine and a remounted tour of the Fringe First winning production Stand By.
